High speed tissue paper making line
Description
The tissue paper making line is used to make waste paper and vigin pulp into tissue paper rolls. Wire section make the fibers into wet paper sheet. In order to reduce paper moister, we equip dewatering elements in wire section, help to remove some water from the paper sheet.
To ensure the production capacity the dewatering capacity is design at maximum calculate value, when grade or speed changing to change the vacuum degree to keep highest dryness web outgoing to press section. The vacuum degree arrange is from low to high consist of formation board, foil box, suction box, the dewatering blade is made of ceramic the box is made of 304 stainless steel.

Installation and commissioning
| 1. | The supplier is responsible for guiding the installation (the buyer is responsible for the expenses of the supplier's installation and commissioning personnel) |
| 2. | The supplier shall send one engineer to guide the installation and comissioning on site. |
| 3. | The buyer shall be responsible for the hoisting of the equipment required in the installation process. |
| 4. | The buyer shall be responsible for the tools (except special tools) required in the installation process. |
| 5. | The consumables (such as electric and gas welding apparatus, welding rod, welding wire, raw tape, etc.) required in the installation process shall be provided by the buyer. |
| 6. | During commissioning, the buyer shall send personnel to actively assist the supplier. |
