Description

This low cost tissue papermaking machine is mainly used to produce high grade tissue paper of 13-40gsm. This tissue paper can be used to make toilet paper, napkin paper, facial paper, kitchen paper etc. It is also energy saving papermaking machine. Low operation cost, low investment and high output rate.

Description of main parts

1	cylinder mold	Dia1800mm. It is stainless steel plate structure. Spoke material is cast iron. 2pcs edge plate, 16pcs middle plate, total 18pcs. Surface polishing and floral treatment.
2	Couch roll	Dia450mm. Roll body is machined from seamless steel tube. Net wall thickness is 12mm. Two ends adopts double flange interference welded. Spindle nose is 45# steel, tempering and hardening treatment. The surface cover rubber after precision machining. Rubber thickness is 25mm. And rubber hardness is “A” 38°±2°. Journal head taper 1:12, fine grinding with bearing and with hydraulic oil withdraw hole.
3	Dryer cylinder	Dia2500mm. Alloy cast iron dryer. Dryer cylinder surface hardness is above 220°, Surface roughness is national standard. Dryer cylinder working pressure is 0.3Mpa. Water testing pressure is 0.6Mpa. Equip with steam inlet head, siphon, bearing, withdrawal sleeve, cast-steel bearing seat. Correct dynamic balance, and non-balance amount is not more than 0.5% of its own weight.
4	Touch roll	Dia700mm. Roll body is cast iron. Surface cover high temperature resistant and high linear pressure rubber after fine machining. Rubber surface drill blind holes. Rubber thickness 20mm,hardness is “A”97°±2.
5	Frame	Weld from high grade steel plate and outside clad SS.
